Payment and Acceptance:
Payment for the VIP Sales Surge Package assumes that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the refund policy outlined below.

Change of Mind:
3.1 There is no refund for a change of mind for the Sales Surge Package.
Refund Eligibility:
3.3 To be considered for a refund for any reason other than a change of mind, you must submit a written request within 30 days from the commencement of the Sales Surge Package. The request must outline where the advertised service inclusions of the package have not been delivered. 3.4 The inability to attend live calls is not an acceptable reason to request a refund. 3.5 Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered. 3.6 Upon receiving your approved refund, you agree that you will not be able to rejoin any future programs offered by Hema.
Refund Management:
3.7 Your commitment to your success and completion of the Sales Surge Package is required to achieve maximum results. 3.8 Except for the refund terms stated in 3.3, refund requests will be managed according to our obligations and your rights as a consumer under Indian Law. 3.9 Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.3.10.You expressly understand and agree that you are submitting to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the Tamil Nadu, India courts and agree that any legal proceeding commenced shall take place in Tamil Nadu, India. You understand that this provision may be used to dismiss an action you bring in any other jurisdiction against Company.
